let’s have a a farewell writeup from you mate! now it is a bit less of a sledgehammer between the eyes. from me: i got childhood memories since late 70’s when Heroes hit the Radio. Had one of those tape recorders you would press two buttons to record, it had one speaker. i’d hold my pocket radio up to that tape recorder and tape my faves. I remember my sister coming in and asking ‘who’s that’ when I was taping the heroes single from the top 40, hell it might have even been wolfman jack’s top 40.
somehow, i thought he would never die, could never die.
Yes Chris, I am a touch ‘tributed-out’ but it probably is about that time.
